| This I believe was during the 2nd or 3rd season. Had a lot of fun putting this gag together. Criss was great and very open to the danger. We had to run through it a few times as far as speed of the car and timing to move. Patrick Watson, a great stuntman and actor, was the driver. I hired him because of some previous driving jobs and I hired him onto a couple films where I was 2nd Unit Director. I know in talking to Patrick and through experience, it’s hard to steer a vehicle directly into a celebrity. You have to trust he or she will do their part and MOVE. All in all, it was a great time, I got to work with Pyro Pete again and he’s a trip. Criss was perfect on the timing and emerged victorious in the stunt. |
